Production journey
From raw material to finished product
For us, being a vertically integrated supply chain means controlling every step of the process, and this control allows us to guarantee the "Fili d'Oro" quality that the world's best hotels and restaurants choose every day.
Design
Designers and consultants create exclusive collections to inspire the market and respond to customers' needs.
Dyeing
Our chemists study colors in the laboratory to meet customer requirements. Then begins an elaborate dyeing process, followed by a phase of drying.
Weaving
The weft and warp are loaded onto looms. During the weaving stage, we bring our products and the essence of our work to life.
Finishing
After weaving, the fabric is checked, thereafter, it begins a long process that includes several stages: singeing, bleaching and mercerizing.
Packaging
Once finished, the product is dried, metered, and hemmed.
Shipping
We pack and ship customized products all over the world. Our ready stock is fundamental to this process, enabling us to fulfill orders quickly.
